the bigger plans include video trainings and phone support, but if those don’t
come with your package, you can always buy them as an add-on.

We get that, it happens. That’s why we offer tiered pricing to account for variability. Your plan comes down to the starting moment of the competition: however many judges/competitors you have at that moment counts.

We accept payment by credit card and ACH bank transfers. For universities and school districts, we accept payment by check.
Payment is due seven days before the start date of your competition.
We recommend you try the demo before purchasing any training add-ons. Our knowledge base and email support cover most of our clients sufficiently, but if you want additional help, additional support can be purchased!
RocketJudge staff creates and manages your events for you. We recommend this to very busy organizers or organizers with very large events. Contact us to see if this is a good fit and to put together custom pricing.
Please do! We don’t want to sell you something you don’t need or that doesn’t meet your competition’s needs. Try out events in Demo mode: while it’s limited to five judges and five competitors, all the other features are available. Also, it’s always free. 🙂

We currently offer discounts to new clients and referrals, but we are unable to do events for free.
If you are running a a small competition, we recommend applying for grants or sponsorships from local businesses. If your event is on a certain subject matter, find businesses or professional societies related to your topic. They pay for RocketJudge, and in exchange, you thank them in your program/give them a booth/let them give a presentation/etc.
